We seek to give back to the community through various school sponsorships and local events. Dr Marc frequently attends SBISD events to support many of our students! You may even find him at a football game, ballet recital, or stage production supporting his patients! We enjoy visiting school to teach kids about oral hygiene and careers in dentistry. Magness Orthodontics also participates in the charity organization Smiles Change Live. Their mission is to provide life-changing orthodontic treatment for children from low income families.

I recently returned to Dr. Magness for a broken retainer. I was a patient of Dr. Magness when I had braces nearly 15... years ago and I have nothing but positive memories. So, when my retainer broke, I didn't think twice about which orthodontist to go see.Booking an appointment at this office was incredibly simple and can be done entirely online. In addition, all forms were completed prior to arrival - which made getting in and out of the office a very smooth process. The office is welcoming and all of the staff members are very friendly. The best thing about Dr. Magness is how personable he is. When I first sat down, he asked me to fill him in on what I've been up to since I'd seen him last. It means a lot to me that he cares about his patients on a personal level - even patients he hasn't seen in 15 years! Although Dr. Magness was just seeing me for a quick retainer fix, he made me feel just as important as his other patients.
